Leadership, Lighting our Path with Focus
What is the difference between a light bulb and a laser beam? Focus.
Inspired by a presentation by Jon Haverly at the PMI Upstate NY Chapter in 2017, this presentation brings the audience on a full circle back to basics that will not only help PMPs lead projects to success but will focus the project management profession itself into a recognized leadership development organization.
Seventy Five percent of IT Executives believe their projects are doomed from the outset. Eighty percent feel they spend half their time doing rework. Low performing organizations complete only 36% of their projects.
When we focus the strengths of our profession on recommended processes and tools, we can create a high performing organization and help our clients and employers recognize up to an 89% successful completion rate on project closing.
In an engaging evening with the Upstate NY chapter of the Project Management Institute, let Chad help you focus your project management laser beam on burning through project noise to arrive at a peaceful on-time, on budget conclusion of your project. Bring light to our profession by illuminating the body of knowledge and applying the tools and techniques that we've trained for and have committed to.
