Nine Pin Ciderworks crafts its award winning New York Hard Cider from farm to glass to ensure their highest standards are always met.
The process begins just outside of Albany, where they work with the best local apple growers to achieve just the right blend of apples. They also use unique apples grown from seed on their family farm. Their special blend is the building block for Nine Pin’s crisp, refreshing taste.
The apples are pressed at the orchard and the juice is transported to their cidery in the heart of Albany. At their cidery, the fresh pressed juice undergoes their signature fermenting and aging process. Once it is aged to their standards, it is packaged into kegs and bottles and then poured into our glass!
Our evening consists of a tour of the cidery to see the fermentation, aging and packaging process. After the tour, we will have the full run of the facility, it will be open only for us that evening, and we can enjoy pours from our own keg of cider as well a dinner of Italian food from Paesan’s Pizzeria and Catering in Albany. We will have a selection of options for vegetarians and carnivores alike! The tour, cider and dinner are all included in your registration fee!
We look forward to seeing you at Nine Pin Ciderworks!
