First & Goal: Building a Winning Team to Score a “Touchdown
Creating an interdisciplinary team with the right mix of skills is essential to the successful execution of a project. In order to lead a project team towards a common "goal", the project manager must understand their role as team "coach" and how to best foster collaboration by utilizing the strengths of the "players" on the field.
This interactive presentation will provide insight and instruction on the importance of understanding how team roles can improve team performance and overall project success.
