Description:
As practitioners of the art and science of Project Management, Project Managers leverage their skills and tools to achieve success in the face of risk and adversity. In life, we are faced with risk and adversity on a constant basis. Dr. Harvey Maylor, lecturer in Operations and Project Management at the University of Bath School of Management, is quoted as saying “Life is one big project. The Trick is in managing it.”
With that in mind, Brian will take you on a personal journey where the art and science of project management proved to be an effective life skill in overcoming the adversity of mental illness.
