Kathleen is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience working in business environments, developing teams and managing various projects. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and has been a Certified Project Management Professional since 2010. Her social work degree has taught her how to be an active and engaged listener, while her leadership and administration experience have provided her with the skills to deal with diverse, challenging business environments. Kathleen only shares tips and tools that she has personally used.
