April Chapter Meeting (Virtual) - Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

PMI-UNY presents:

Title: Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

with Kathleen Moorhead

6:30PM - 7:30PM (Featured Presentation)

1.0 Power Skills PDU!

Description:

Together, we’ll discuss why we instinctively avoid difficult conversations and uncomfortable situations. As leaders, it’s our responsibility to address issues and remove roadblocks, and that often means having tough conversations. Avoiding them only allows problems to fester, leading to prolonged inefficiency and discomfort. In this session, we’ll focus on practical strategies to confidently navigate these discussions and tackle the challenges we’ve been avoiding.
